Example of the installation

Application

It is the cover attached type space heater and can be used for the prevention of dew condensation and of moisture in the electrical panel board and so on.

Features

1)The heater is covered with the punching steel plate, which is for the heat radiation and it can be easily fixed by the screws at two, or four positions of the space heater.
2) It is designed and manufactured for being safe as the heater itself cannot be touched directly.

Material

Heater	Bonderized steel plate, one kind of galvanized steel plate. ※Sus plate type heater can be supplied, if requested.
Outer cover	Punching steel plate ( 1.0 mm thickness ) with Trivalent chromate plating.※Sus punching plate can be supplied, if requested.
Terminal Cap	made of Ceramic ( with M5 screw )

※ Trivalent Chromate plating is used in view of Environment problem.

Insulating Resistance	> 100MΩ at 500VDC

Important Notice
Do not use it over the rated voltage.
Use the heat resistant wires for the connection to the space heater.
Use the over current prevention equipment and the over-heating prevention equipment together.
Install the terminal position horizontally and lower against the heater.
