Application

It has the thermal radiation cover over the sheathed heater and can be used for the dew condensation prevention and the moisture prevention at the panel board and so on.

Features

1) The total length of 200 W Heater Type is shortened and it is coped with the space saving.
2) The heater is covered with the punching steel plate for the thermal radiation and it can be fixed easily with screws at 4 points.

Cover: Punching steel plate ( 1.0 mm thickness ) with Trivalent Chromate plating

Application

It can be used for the dew condensation prevention and the moisture prevention at the panel board and it can be also used as the heating equipment and the open duct heater for drying.

Features

The thermal source is the heating metal alloy wires, which are wound over the mica plate and fixed, and is sealed by the galvanized steel plate ( Chrome free ),or the stainless steel plate.

When ordered, please clarify P/N with Suffix-S if needed.

Two ceramic bushings are mounted into the hole of the heater downward and upward and then the thermal and electrical insulation can be made completely.
The lead terminal has the ceramic cover as a set of the product.
