Example of installation
Application

It can be used for supporting low voltage copper belts.

Features
1) The copper belt can be fixed without making holes against the copper belt by putting in the insulator.
2) Two ways of setting can be selected as the holder has one horizontal cut ( A Plane )with 20 mm length and one crossing vertical cut ( B Plane ) with 11 mm length.
3) The copper belt can be supported from 10 mm to 20 mm in thickness and two of 6 mm copper belts can be also supported.
4) The copper belts can be supported from 50 mm to 125 mm in width.
5) The insulating bolts can be supplied for the supporter with the copper belts more than 50 mm length.
Material
Reinforced polypropylene, light weight and not easily broken.
Fire resistant type can be provided, if requested.
Note: Bolts and Nuts : trivalent Chromate plating stee
Test Results
Withstand longitudinal flush over voltage : AC 22 kV 1 min
Withstand impulse voltage: 55 kV 3 times
Withstanding load : 4.9 kN ( 500 kgf )

2) The manual processing of insulating material can be reduced much.
3) The parallel mounting copper belts can be made with the intermediate insulating separator between the copper belts.
